"Michael responded very quickly to an emergency call out to fix my electric boiler. Despite this being slightly outside of his remit, he responded and arrived very quickly and successfully fixed the issue. His general knowledge of other trades is also really high so he was willing to give other things a go afterwards. He was the fourth tradesman that attempted the repair as I had previously used two electricians and a plumber/heating engineer from bigger companies and he was the only one who successfully fixed the issue.
